Putting your brand on the box
Foundation brushes are bought on appearance as much as on function, so the box is part of the product. This box uses a specialty surface paper with a fine glittering effect, which reads as flashy and clearly more premium than a plain cosmetic carton. Not every brand wants that level of shine, so if you prefer a matte or textured finish say so at quotation stage – the same structure can be built with a plain, embossed or soft-touch paper instead.
The structure is a flip-top box, the same family as a high-end perfume outer. The lid hinges open from the back edge, so there is a moment of ceremony on opening, which is why this format is usually reserved for higher-value items rather than mass-market cartons.

Color control
We work to Pantone for brand colors and CMYK for photographic images, and we run the two from a single approved reference so that the box, the brush handle print and any leaflet stay consistent. Ask for a physical pre-production sample rather than judging color on screen: specialty and glitter papers shift the perceived color of the ink printed on them.

Sampling & production
Artwork, 3D mockups and dielines are free and take 1-3 days. Sampling takes 5-10 days; a stock sample in the same material can be sent at freight cost only, and custom sample fees range from US$50 to US$210 depending on structure and finishing. Once your order is placed, a free pre-production sample is confirmed by photo or video before mass production.
Production is 18-25 days for regular orders (10-15 days for small runs, 25-30 days for soft-touch paper or special shapes), and starts 1-3 days after you approve the sample. We ship DDP door-to-door as standard, with FOB Nansha and EXW Guangzhou also available.

FAQ
Can you match our existing cosmetic carton exactly?
Send the current box or a flat unglued blank and we will match the board weight, paper and finish. If you want a change, we will quote the new version alongside the matched one so you can compare.
Is the glittering paper available in other colors?
Yes. Specialty papers come in a range of metallic and pearl tones. Because they alter the perceived ink color, we recommend a physical sample before you approve the artwork.
What is the minimum order quantity?
300 pcs for the standard version, 500 pcs when the size or design is customized, and 1,000 pcs when a logo, Pantone spot color or new moulding is required.
