1. Can we get some candle box samples?
We are a fully custom supplier with no stock inventory. A free pre-production sample is provided once your order is placed and is confirmed by photo or video before mass production. A sample made for another client in the same material can be sent at freight cost only. Custom sample fees range from US$50 to US$210 depending on structure and finishing.
2. Can we have our logo or company information on candle packaging box or bag?
Sure. The logo can be made with printing, UV varnishing, hot stamping and embossing.
3. How can you guarantee your quality?
We do quality checking before all send out, If you still worries the problem quality, which can place an order through Alibaba trade assurance, if the quality discrepancy, Alibaba will help refund the payment to you.

5.How to pay?
Trade Assurance on Alibaba is our main channel; T/T bank transfer is also accepted. We normally ask for a 70% deposit with the balance paid before shipment; orders under about US$3,000 are usually paid in full. Quotes exclude freight by default.
6. How to transport the goods?
Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT / EMS) 5-10 days; air freight 8-15 days; truck 30-35 days; rail 45-50 days; sea freight 40-60 days. We ship DDP door-to-door (customs clearance and duty included) as standard; FOB Nansha and EXW Guangzhou are also available.
7. what is the candle box minimum order quantity ?
Standard items start at 300 pcs; 500 pcs when the size or design is customized; 1,000 pcs when a logo, Pantone spot color or new moulding is required. Custom hang tags start at 1,000 pcs. The larger the order quantity, the lower the unit price.
8. What kinds of file do i need to send for design and production ?
Please provide cdr,ai,pdf,eps design source files or manuscripts, by junye packaging to provide free professional design and typesetting services;
9. If the size of candle box are different from the size we require, how can we do?
Will be confirmed with before bulk production, but packing size and actual size there may be 1 mm error;
