1. Choose white paperboard as the inner material of the beauty box cosmetic. The advantage of white paperboard is that it is also white, which can echo with the white of the outer box, and can resonate with the white EVA. There is no need to cover up the primary color of the material with another layer of paper, but the disadvantage is that the white paperboard material is more than 40% more expensive than the gray paperboard (whether it is gray paperboard with black background or white background), Therefore, it is necessary to consider the whole cost and profit; 2. Use a thin layer of EVA or sponge with a thickness of 0.1mm to cover the gray at the bottom, which is more efficient than paper mounting. Paper mounting is optional unless it is special paper, but it can afford the price of special paper, and I believe I won’t make this beauty product packaging box, so generally use double copper paper, but the double copper paper is very thin. After marking, the gray at the bottom is likely to penetrate, which will be more ugly, Therefore, using a layer of eva/ sponge to complete the customized inner box of the packaging box is also a good choice.
