Standard items start at 300 pcs. It is 500 pcs when the size or design is customized, and 1,000 pcs when a logo, a Pantone spot color or new moulding is required. Custom hang tags start at 1,000 pcs. The larger the order quantity, the lower the unit price.
We are a fully custom supplier and hold no stock inventory. A free pre-production sample is provided once your order is placed, and it is confirmed by photo or video before mass production. A sample made for another client in the same material can be sent at freight cost only. Custom sample fees range from US$50 to US$210 depending on the structure and finishing.
Artwork, 3D mockups and dielines take 1-3 days and are free of charge. Sampling takes 5-10 days. Mass production is normally 18-25 days; small orders can be 10-15 days, while soft-touch, special-shaped items and peak season run 25-30 days. Public holidays add 1-3 days and we tell you in advance. Rush orders can be inserted with night shifts when capacity allows, and if a date is truly impossible we say so before you order.
We ship DDP door-to-door as standard, with customs clearance and duty included; FOB Nansha and EXW Guangzhou are also available. Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT / EMS) takes 5-10 days, air freight 8-15 days, truck 30-35 days, rail 45-50 days and sea freight 40-60 days. Quotes exclude freight by default, so send us your zip or postcode for an exact price.
Trade Assurance on Alibaba is our main channel, and T/T bank transfer is also accepted. We normally ask for a 70% deposit with the balance paid before shipment; orders under about US$3,000 are usually paid in full.
Send cdr, ai, pdf or eps source files, or a manuscript. Please use 300 dpi images, 3 mm bleed, fonts converted to outlines, and Pantone codes for spot colors. Our design team provides free artwork, mockups and dielines, and you can also fill in your own logo and return the file.
Yes – printing, hot stamping, embossing, debossing and spot UV are all available, together with matte, gloss and soft-touch lamination. Please note that very fine type or thin lines do not stamp cleanly, so we will flag that before production.
EU RoHS test reports are available for the tested product lines (paper box ref. AZT032202170002C-010, paper bag ref. AZT032205060003C-010, jewelry box ref. S241016045001-4), together with our German LUCID and French CITEO packaging registrations, a GPSR EU responsible person, our Alibaba Gold Plus Supplier verification and our export tax-rebate filing. FSC-certified paper can be sourced from our FSC-certified supplier (about 1 tonne minimum per grade); printing the FSC trademark on the finished product is not available.
Boxes – drawer, top and base, top and base with neck, magnetic, book shape, collapsible, double-side open, folding, mailer, slider, window, tube and hexagon – plus paper bags, hang tags and velvet, satin or cotton pouches. Materials include 110-250 gsm coated, art, kraft, black, textured or soft-touch surface paper over 1,000-1,600 gsm grey board, with EVA, foam, pearl cotton, flocked or folded-paper inserts.
We can use FSC-certified paper sourced from our FSC-certified supplier, soy or vegetable-oil inks, water-based glue, solvent-free lamination and PET rather than PVC windows. We describe these as material facts because environmental claims need evidence, and we do not make blanket biodegradable or 100% recyclable statements.
We do not make wooden boxes, metal tins, PU leather, plastic injection parts or packaging that touches food directly, and we do not accept counterfeit or IP-infringing work. For food and tea items we supply the outer box with a food-grade inner bag.
