The hygroscopic expansion coefficient of paper: For every 10% increase in relative humidity, the paper dimension changes by approximately 0.05%-0.1%;
The impact of hot pressing process: The high temperature of 150-200℃ during hot stamping/embossing leads to differences in local shrinkage rates.
3. Insufficient equipment coordination in custom paper packaging boxes:
The positioning systems of printing presses and post-press processing equipment (such as die-cutting machines, foil stamping machines) are not compatible;
